オーストラリア産のビーフまたはラムを使った料理とそれにマッチするワインを、選りすぐりのレストランで提供するキャンペーン。2018年4月～5月の期間中、関東・関西・中部の約300店のレストランが参加する見込みです。対象メニューを注文したお客様には、参加店舗で利用できる食事券が最大1万1000名様に当たるほか、キャンペーンに協賛するカンタス航空の航空券が当たるチャンスもあります。
一方、参加レストランはオーストラリアワインの売り上げ本数を競い合い、プロモーションの最後に受賞レストランが表彰されます。受賞レストランは、ワインオーストラリア監修の特別講座に招待されます。
このキャンペーンは、オーストラリア大使館商務部・在大阪オーストラリア総領事館と豪州食肉家畜生産者事業団（MLA）が主催するもので、日本の皆さまにオージービーフ・ラム、ワインを広く知っていただくことを目的としています。
