The Australia-Japan friendly rugby rivalry will again be on show with visits to Tokyo by two of Australia’s top Super Rugby teams: the New South Wales Waratahs and the Australian Capital Territory Brumbies.

The teams will participate in back-to-back matches against the NEC Green Rockets and Suntory Sungoliath in the Chichibunomiya Minato Rugby Festival on Sunday 17 June 2018.

Match One

11.00am NEC Green Rockets vs NSW Waratahs

Match Two
2.00pm Suntory Sungoliath vs ACT Brumbies

In addition to showing some of Australia’s finest rugby players in action, the festival also features interactive workshops for first time players, a street festival and special stage events. Come along and see what makes Australia a sporting and lifestyle superpower. Rugby fans will not want to miss the biggest Australia-Japan rugby event ahead of the 2019 Rugby World Cup!

There will be a welcome reception party attended by players on Friday 15 June!
